Refunds are issued only when replacements are not possible, after inspection.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, cutting, styling, or alteration are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn hair systems / wigs.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or care.
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless received damaged).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or exchange. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

4. Exchange Process

  • Approved exchanges are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Replacement products are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the issue is from our side.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cases.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Timelines: Payment gateway / UPI / cards: 5–10 business days; banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our end.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the product.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per Section 5.

8. Important Notes

  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are at the sole discretion of Whitecliffs Group.
  • Policy misuse or repeated return requests may lead to account restrictions.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
